Beginning Investors

Seasoned Veterans

Most seasoned veterans use our services as a way to save time by purchasing properties from our inventory.  However, the most successful veteran investors come to us to be certain that their business is operating like a well-oiled machine.  The seasoned investors whom we work with understand that we have access to relevant market data and current strategies based on other investors' successes (and failures) - data that can't be found anywhere else except from Build, Cincinnati's leading provider of real estate investor services.

Real Estate Agents

Real estate agents use the services of Build as a way to expand their current capabilities when dealing with clients who are new or active real estate investors.   Our newly launched agent training program provides licensed agents with the resources and capabilities that their investor-clients need to be successful. 

Agents from a variety of brokerages and backgrounds complete our training program to gain access to our inventory of investment properties priced with their clients' long term success in mind, earn commission for selling our properties*, and to allow their clients to gain access to Build's free coaching and education.
